This is an entry level position on our support team providing technical support to our business clients. Duties include: supporting desktop hardware, software and peripherals; maintaining client documentation; building relationships with our clients' staff and ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Although certifications are an asset, they are not required as we will work with you to develop your skills and obtain industry leading certifications, and build a foundation of knowledge and skills in areas such as servers, virtualization, networking and security.
The position will be based out of our Cloverdale, BC. office. Compensation is salary plus benefits, with hours typically Monday to Friday.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree related to Systems Administration or at least 2 years of relevant technical support experience
